If you share your information with us or authorise us to collect it using the kemaro.ee website, you will be asked for permission as a User to use the information about you. The information we collect about you includes:

For what purposes do we use cookies

Google Analytics – User data is stored for the purpose of collecting usage statistics. In addition, the IP address of the User is stored in the Google Analytics dataset. The statistics allow us to have an overview of the User’s behaviour, to identify shortcomings of the website and to make it more personalised and user-friendly in the long term.

What we do with the information we collect

We use the information we collect to provide the service. Accordingly, we do not collect information about Users that is not necessary to provide the service. Information relating to the User will be available on an as-needed basis:

  • For the User
  • To the body administering the Website
  • To the Client Manager

All affiliated partners share similar principles with us and hold and use User’s personal information on the same basic principles. In order to protect the interests of the User, the processing of personal data between the different parties is only carried out on a contractual basis.

We use Customer Data for the purpose of facilitating communication between the parties.

When collecting statistical data, we consider the User’s interest in a more user-friendly service and in the smooth operation of the website. Statistical data allows us to analyse the patterns of Users’ behaviour when using the Web Service, allowing us to see which content pages are most frequently used and where Users encounter deficiencies.

How and when we share data

Information relating to the User is exclusively available to the User, the body administering the website, the customer administrator.

Pesumati Trade OÜ will share User data with official authorities if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the User’s conduct is maliciously intended to harm the Company or other Users.

In other cases, we will only transfer personal data to third parties if we have the consent of the person whose data is being transferred.

How long we keep User information

The data will be actively used in the best interests of the Customer and for the period necessary to fulfil the purpose for which the service is provided. There is no time limit on the period for which data may be retained in the interest of the customer. Data deletion is in the form of a written request from the customer, sent to info@kemaro.ee Data deletion procedures are applied on all linked systems, including our and our partners’ backup copies.

Your rights as a User with respect to the management of your data

As a Customer, you have the right to access your personal data at any time by submitting a request to info@kemaro.ee. Access to personal data is not available where such right is restricted by law.

You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time, unless the processing of your personal data is permitted by law without your consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of data which was carried out on the basis of consent prior to the withdrawal.

If you consider that your personal data are not being processed in accordance with the terms of the contract or the law, you have the right to request Pesumati Trade OÜ, the company purchasing the service, to stop processing and accessing your personal data and to delete the data collected.
